About the tiny

Our beloved tiny house on wheels is now for sale! This thoughtfully crafted home, built in 2020 by owner using contractor-approved plans, is built on a custom Tiny Home Builders trailer with tandem 7,000 lbs. axles (14,000 GVW). This home measures 24’ long and 8’ 6” wide outside and is road-legal, meaning no CDL or oversize permits are necessary for moving.

This home offers abundant natural light and storage, a cozy stair-accessed loft designed for a king-size bed, and an open layout with a high ceiling. This is a cozy cabin on wheels that’s been impeccably maintained over the past five years. It has kept us warm through Montana winters down to -30 deg F and cool through the heat of summer.

The house can connect directly to a hose or spigot or you can go off-grid using the 55-gallon water tank and the 12V water pump. It operates on a standard 50 amp RV hookup but is also highly efficient—capable of running on a 15 amp outlet with the included adapter if you forego the mini-split (as we did for a year without issue). Fully insured through Farmers Insurance, this tiny house is perfect for anyone looking for a well-built, flexible, and affordable home.
